We took A LOT of quotes on our kitchen refresh, and Nathan was the only one who wasn't pushy or threw out high-pressure sales pitches.

He listened to our concerns and approached them realistically and offered options that were doable, and not empty promises.

His work teams were very professional, worked diligently, and were never rude. They took as much care of our house as we would. Even when we pointed out certain imperfections and mistakes they were quick to fix and patch up. Our kitchen was done way sooner than we had anticipated, so that's always a plus.

One of the things I really liked about Nathan was that he was always a phone call away and he was very attentive to our concerns. He never dismissed us or ignored us. He cared and he never let us down. We've had experiences with other companies that have been less than favorable, and what we disliked the most was being ignored when we noticed imperfections in their work.

Even today, as the kitchen is finished and Nathan came over to do final checks, we noticed our drawer hardware was rusty (it was a refresh and not a remodel), and Nathan offered to send someone over to install new ones free of charge.
